History

The Hawker 900XP traces its lineage back to the British-designed 125 series, one of the most successful midsize jets in history. Introduced in the late 2000s by Hawker Beechcraft, it added more efficient engines and winglets to the proven 850XP airframe. It is valued for its wide, comfortable cabin and transcontinental range.

The Hawker 900XP earned certification in 2007 and was the final evolution of the long running Hawker 800 series, keeping the winglets and Pro Line 21 avionics of the 850XP while adding more capable engines. Around 185 to 190 were built before production ended, and it remains a popular pre owned midsize jet, with most of the fleet based in North America.

Two Honeywell TFE731-50R turbofans give it a strong long range cruise, flown behind a Rockwell Collins Pro Line 21 flight deck with four large displays. The cabin runs a flat floor with a dropped aisle, is about 5 feet 9 inches tall and around 21 feet long, and carries an enclosed aft lavatory in a double club layout. It sits as the last incarnation of the venerable Hawker line.
