The G450 is a large-cabin Gulfstream that grew out of the long line of GIV family jets, entering service in the mid-2000s and building a strong reputation for reliability and range. It offers a spacious cabin and intercontinental capability, and remained in production until the late 2010s. Many still serve busy charter and corporate fleets.
The Gulfstream G450 was certified in 2004 and entered service in 2005, developed from the earlier GIV platform as a large-cabin, long-range Gulfstream. It sat below the ultra-long-range G550 in the range and remained in production until 2017.
Power comes from two Rolls-Royce Tay 611-8C engines, paired with Gulfstream’s PlaneView flight deck built on Honeywell displays. The cabin runs to roughly 45 feet in length with about 6 feet 2 inches of headroom, and is typically arranged in three living zones with a forward galley and enclosed lavatory.
