History

The Challenger 350 entered service in 2014 as an evolution of the best selling Challenger 300, and quickly became the leading aircraft in the super-midsize class. It pairs a wide, flat-floor cabin with transcontinental range and strong runway performance. The later Challenger 3500 builds directly on it.

The Challenger 350 is an improved variant of the Challenger 300, unveiled in 2013 and certified in 2014, adding more thrust, canted winglets, taller windows and a refreshed interior. It sits in Bombardier’s super-midsize class and was later succeeded by the Challenger 3500, launched in 2021.

Two Honeywell HTF7350 engines are paired with the Collins Aerospace Pro Line 21 flight deck, featuring four displays and synthetic vision. The flat floor cabin stands 6 feet tall and is marketed as the widest flat-floor cabin in its class at around 7 feet 2 inches, with an enclosed rear lavatory and a baggage compartment of about 106 cubic feet accessible in flight.
